Program details, travel support, and conservation expectations.
On the specific destination page, select the start date, number of weeks, and additional activities and/or equipment* and click “book trip”.
After clicking, you will be led to a page to fill up your information, creating an account (optional), and confirming you have read the Terms and Conditions, you will be led to the payment page. Once we have received the payment confirmation, we will send to your email a welcome kit and invoice as a receipt of payment.
Throughout the process, we’ll aim to provide as much travel support as needed but please note we are only able to advise on any flights from your home country you may require and are unable to book them on your behalf.

Upon each booking, we will provide you with all the necessary arrival and contact information so that you don’t have to worry about reaching your destination safely. We also provide international and local travel advice, or will be happy to put you in touch with the right experts.
We will send a confirmation of the booking to your email only upon receipt of a deposit or the entire payment of the program. At this point, we will be able to confirm your reservation subject to your agreement to both Reef Support’s and our activity provider’s Terms and Conditions.
Please note it is your responsibility to ensure your travel arrangements coincide with your booking, that all relevant insurance is in place, and that immigration requirements are met.
If you don't have a clear idea about where you would like to go, would like a more personalized service, or would like us to assist you further, then you can contact us using our online form, email or whatsapp number, which can easily be found in the footer navigation menu at the bottom of the page. To help us get a better understanding of what you would like us to do, we ask you to include as much information about your perfect trip as you can.
If you decide that you want to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we are understanding and will, in most cases, issue a full or partial refund of the booking fee. If you inform us of booking cancellation 4 months (120 days) in advance, we will refund you 100% of the booking fee. For cancellations of 3 months in advance, a 75% refund is given and for 2 months 50%, and for 1 month is 25%. No refunds are possible for cancellations less than 1 month (30 days) from the start of your program.

Typically, a destination would require PADI Advanced Open Water certification (or equivalent), however, depending on the destination you chose, non-divers and PADI Open Water certified (or equivalent) divers can be received one week before the program starts to obtain the required certification level.
